Joining the Association

Those wishing to join the association must submit the following documents to the association:

    1. application for membership (address to the director);
    2. recommendation of at least two members of the association;
    3. motivation letter
    4. autobiography;
    5. In the case of a calligrapher: a portfolio or album of creative work.

The board of the association considers the application and makes a decision by the majority of the attendees within one month from the submission of all documents. 

When making a decision, at least the requirements stipulated by the association's charter, the relationship of the candidate's activities, creativity or values with the association's goals should be taken into account. The Board has the right to set additional requirements for membership in accordance with the current plans of the Association. The board is not obliged to justify the decision. The decision must be communicated to the applicant immediately. 

The refusal will not be appealed. The applicant can submit the application again after six months.
